4) Sharing data with AI providers

To generate replies, text, and images we send what you enter to third-party AI model providers. This only happens after you have explicitly agreed inside the app or on the website, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from Settings. In detail:

• What is sent: the text and prompts you type, files and images you upload for text extraction or processing, voice recordings you make for dictation (to convert them to text), and the conversation context needed to complete a reply.
• Who it is sent to: OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Z.ai (GLM), and DeepSeek — the model providers we use to run the service.
• Why it is sent: for a single purpose, generating the output you asked for and returning it to you.
• What is not sent: your name, email address, and account details, and your payment and card data — none of this reaches any AI provider.
• Protection: data is sent over an encrypted connection, and we only work with providers whose terms and data-processing agreements commit them to a level of protection and confidentiality equivalent to this policy, and which prohibit them from using your content for their own purposes.

5) Sharing data with other parties

Beyond the AI providers, we share data only as needed with:

• Stripe — our payment processor.
• An email provider for login links and service messages.
• Authorities when required by law.

6) Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session persistence, and preferences. You can control them in your browser settings.

7) Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
