1) Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) using the same payment method until you cancel.

2) Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period.

3) Refund policy

Refunds are limited and subject to conditions:

• You may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have not consumed credits.
• No refund is issued after a meaningful portion of credits has been used.
• Each case is reviewed individually; decisions are issued within 7-14 business days.

4) Secure payments

All transactions are processed via Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. We never store your card details on our servers.

5) Pricing and payment methods

Pricing and payment methods:

• Prices are in USD with an approximate display in your local currency.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Local payment methods are available where applicable.
